Charters are currently accepted on a limited basis for large University events
Things to know before making a reservation:
- For University departments and groups only
- Buses used in our charter service is our 31 passenger transit bus
- Service range extends to a 25 mile radius around University Grounds
- UTS will not provide transportation to some locations
Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance. To confirm a reservation a valid WorkTag is required. Please note that reservations are still binding in accordance with the Charter Policies regardless of whether a deposit is received. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Charter service is not available during large events at the University, during and some holidays, and during inclement weather. Please consult charter rates and policies pages before requesting a charter bus.
